Thank you to our Berlin residents and surrounding area residents for playing in our tournament again this year. In addition to our players, the JMF committee would like to thank all of our town and surrounding area merchants for your sponsorships and donations to this year’s player raffle. As a result of your commitment to the Joseph Manzi Memorial Golf Tournament, our success this year was directly attributable to all of you!

This year we were thrown a curveball when Pistol Creek Golf Club closed in the spring. After getting over this initial shock of the course closing, we were able to rally the support of the Berlin Park and Recreation Department, as well as the Town Council, in that they approved our request to hold this year’s tournament at Timberlin Golf Course. Special thanks to all of our town officials for their support.

This year the tournament drew 112 golfers who each enjoyed a great day of fun, food, and golf!

Mark your calendars for the Fourth Annual Joseph Manzi Memorial Golf Tournament to be held next year on Friday May 19, 2006 at Timberlin Golf Course.
