Hello everyone! It’s looking like a perfect week for golf! We are looking forward to seeing you this Friday 9/25 as we celebrate our 18th golf tournament!
A few reminders:
REGISTRATION opens at 10 am
SHOTGUN start at 12 noon
Raffle tickets (Both the general raffle and the 50/50 raffle) will be available at registration and during golf on hole #4, hole #10, and also by a volunteer driving on the course. We’ll make a “last call” run around the course between 3-3:30pm.
Drawings will held at 4pm and winners will be called/texted and posted at the clubhouse. This will (hopefully) be completed by the close of golf.
We have printed labels with your name and cell phone number to make the ticket process as easy as possible. These will be distributed at registration. It is a stub style ticket; you keep the ticket and we rip off the stub with your name and number.
Tickets for both raffles are $10 each.
(Please note: You do not need to be present to win. Also, if you are staying for dinner, please claim your prize before dinner.)
DAY OF: Those who opted to stay for dinner will receive a dinner ticket at registration. Your choices are NY strip steak, baked stuffed shrimp, baked cod and chicken francais. You can inform us of your choice at registration. (Please note, alcoholic drinks are not included.
GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR LATER DATE: Those who opted for the gift certificate for later use will receive it at registration.
We kindly request your cooperation with mask wearing and COVID guidelines. Please wear your masks at the clubhouse, through registration, and any time you are unable to maintain social distancing. Thank you in advance.
